CHEAP               SUMMER               VACATIONS               -               20               Of               The               Best               Tips               I've               got               the               itch               -               you               know               the               one               -               it's               caused               by               that               nasty               little               summer               vacation               bug.

No               amount               of               scratching               will               make               it               go               away               and               you               can't               buy               any               medicine               for               it               at               the               local               drug               store.
What               caused               the               vacation               bug               to               bite               in               the               first               place?

Something               I               ate?

Something               I               drank?

The               warm               summer               nights?
               Obviously,               it's               different               for               everyone.

For               me,               it's               half               way               through               the               summer               and               this               will               be               second               year               in               a               row               no               solid               summer               vacation               plans               have               been               made.

The               stay               at               home               weekend               barbeque               has               been               the               default               decision               again               this               year.

My               preference               would               have               been               a               grand               ole               week               long               vacation               at               the               "exotic"               location               of               my               choice.

But               the               nightmare               of               air               travel               and               the               piggy               bank               death               punch               that               gas               prices               have               delivered,               left               the               stay-at-home               option               all               too               viable.
However,               summer               vacation               is               still               an               inalienable               right.

And               just               because               I               stayed               home               (again)               on               the               fourth               of               July,               doesn't               mean               we               have               to               miss               out               the               entire               summer,               does               it?

Not               in               my               book.

And               it               shouldn't               in               yours               either.
So               what               are               we               going               to               do               to               pull               it               off?
A               dash               of               creativity               and               a               little               bit               of               planning,               I               believe,               will               do               the               trick.

So               let's               come               up               with               some               ways               to               exercise               our               given               right               and               figure               out               how               to               have               one               heck               of               a               cheap               summer               vacation...
